Completely understaffed or slow , been waiting 1 1/2 hours. Testing for the flu ? Doctor just slow or needs more help .
I used Adena Urgent Care on Bridge Street today and they were great. They were busy so I waited a bit but that's to be expected. They told me how much my copay was and asked if I wanted to take care of that today. They had no problem with me saying that I would wait to be billed. All the staff including the doctor were great!
Absolutely RUDE judged my wife’s weight lady who checked us in was rude and caught an attitude with us immediately not going back absolutely disgusting and disrespectful people western ave urgent care is so much better then this
Absolutely awful came in for a sore throat and when I checked in the lady at the desk had a nasty attitude with me and when I was called back to get weight and get into a room I stepped on the scale and the nurse gave me a very rude look needless to say I’ll be sticking with western avenue from now on
