Two years ago I had debilitating leg pain, from my lower back down to my foot. My doctor suggested therapy. By my second appt. at this facility my therapist identified that I had a twisted pelvis. He designed my therapy around that and taught me home exercises. I became pain free! I'm pretty active so over the past few years, a few times, I've felt like the same pain was coming back, so I did the exercises and I could feel the shift in my lower back, and the pain would go away.
