Billing department is horrible. Completely ridiculous! Have been fighting them to long! My family will never go there again!
Went in with cough and wheezing and was prescribed allergy medicine Went to ER next day and had to have breathing treatment and steroids and antibiotics and inhaler Not a good experience at all
Adena is such a joke! They act like they are supportive of those in recovery but when I worked there and was suffering with addiction they fired me immediately, instead of working to make me better like most hospitals do with their staff facing those types of issues and didn't offer me any sort of rehabilitation. RecommendedI have compliments for my unit I was in. I have been let-down in the past, but the compassion has improved from my point of view. Thanks to everyone on 3A, PCA's, nurses, and physician/NP's, and I think housekeeping, dietary, IT, maintenance and volunteers are forgotten alot! I know the hospital can't run without any of them. I also forgot to give a shoutout to the 3NE unit on June 2 when I had my gallbladder surgery, they treated me very well! Thank you ladies and gentlemen.
RecommendedI love the fact that every single person that works here has an amazing personality! Also, being able to smoke in the designated area outside without getting dirty looks like you do at SOMC is a plus!
