Great experience! I had a colonoscopy at Adena regional October 2025 and highly recommend. All of the staff that I encountered from the nurse at check in, the nurses that prepped me for my procedure, anesthesia, and Dr Adimoolam and those that were in the procedure room were wonderful. They were very timely, knowledgeable, informative, professional and friendly, putting me at ease. I was a bit apprehensive about going here but would definitely rate my experience an A +
I had procedure scheduled, made my arrangements for a ride, childcare, days of work, etc. They call 4 days before and say oops, nevermind we are going to have to reschedule due to a scheduling issue. Then they say next available is 2 months out???? Didn't care that I was upset because of their incompetence! No apologies, nothing! Looked at the reviews and saw the reviews, immediately called my doctor to have referral sent out to someone else!
Amanda was so friendly and efficient checking me in. Tina escorted me back early (literally no wait time). But NP Michael Weaver was AWESOME! He was so informative, so personable and totally put me ease preparing me for what to expect for my upcoming procedure. I highly recommend this team of medical professionals!!!
If I could give zero stars I would. We showed up on time to my husband's appointment with Dr. Gul. We have been waiting over a hour. The disrespect is extremely unprofessional. Our time is just as valuable as the Dr.s. If we were an hour late we would be turned away.
