As a first-timer, I was definitely more nervous about the prep and the procedure than I probably needed to be. From the moment I walked in, every single person on the team made me feel comfortable, respected, and completely at ease. They answered all of my questions and treated me with such kindness. Great experience! I had a colonoscopy at Adena regional October 2025 and highly recommend. All of the staff that I encountered from the nurse at check in, the nurses that prepped me for my procedure, anesthesia, and Dr Adimoolam and those that were in the procedure room were wonderful. They were very timely, knowledgeable, informative, professional and friendly, putting me at ease. I was a bit apprehensive about going here but would definitely rate my experience an A +
I had procedure scheduled, made my arrangements for a ride, childcare, days of work, etc. They call 4 days before and say oops, nevermind we are going to have to reschedule due to a scheduling issue. Then they say next available is 2 months out???? Didn't care that I was upset because of their incompetence! No apologies, nothing! Looked at the reviews and saw the reviews, immediately called my doctor to have referral sent out to someone else!
