At the ER now with a possible hip fracture. I have now been here 3 hrs to have a MRI done. Seen the Dr for approximately 2 mins. The nurse came 15 mins after I pushed the call button with her telling me she has NO CONTROL over when MRI will come get me!! Didn't even look into it for me!!! I suppose I'll give it 1 more hour before I just leave!!! That will put me here for 4 hours and absolutely nothing being done!!!!
This place is a JOKE for emergency service. Came here with my wife who had chest pain. Worried about a heart problem. As soon as she got here they took blood work and EKG waited for 5 hours in the room with no update. When checked with the nurse at 12:00 am about the status of the results they said, sorry something happed to the blood sample, either it were.m not send or tested properly and we have to do all of this again from the start. This place is a joke! Brought my daughter for sickness fever of 105.4 the Dr (Dr Matthew Ebling) was rude and rushed us, wouldn't even let me ask questions!! As a concerned mom, not happy!!! The nurses also was rude A.F
My sister had flu like symptoms with a fever of 105.6 AFTER MEDICINE!! When we came in the woman who checked up in was sweet. Yet the second we got a room it went downhill!! The nurses tested my 10 year old sister without telling what for or that they were going to swab her nose they just stuck it in her nose. They gave her Tylenol AND LEFT IT ON THE COUNTER!!!
