I have been a patient for 7 months and they have the most compassionate and friendly staff and they have taken very good care of me
I have been going there for a couple years now and they are awesome.... someone is making little neck cushions and knitting hats and such and I got a neck cushion today while picking up a prescription... they are so cool... thanks to whomever is making those. So special. And Nicole in the pharmacy is special and so very nice...I just love everyone out there. Will stay with them for the duration of my time... love love love those people I hope everyone has a great impression like I have
This place is very unprofessional. The whole time, my wife was being treated there, and her doctor wasn't there. We were told he was very busy. My wife started her cancer journey with The James in Columbus, but we live closer to Adena. She would call and wait for days, if not weeks, to get a call back. Sometimes, not at all. After her chemotherapy treatments were done. They were trying to make her take medicine in pill form, and it had several horrible side effects. I questioned why this was being done.
