This company sent me a quote to replace low hanging heating pipes in my basement with PEX piping. I was sent a quote, but never signed a contract as I wished to discuss the cost with the sales representative. Instead they scheduled and went forward with the work. I meanwhile researched the cost and learned it was higher than average for Erie County. They refused to discuss and held their ground on the original quote.
