Does anyone knows what is happening with this company? I sent a package through them 3 months ago. I have been calling them to get an update of the package but the number is not going. This is at the Phoenix office and the office is closed with a letter of eviction from the landlord. I called all the offices in Texas none was being answered. My cousin went to the office at Ikeja and Ajao Estate in Lagos they are closed not in operation. This is very unprofessional of this people. They took my money and my goods and disappear... read more
Avoid doing business with this company. They have very unsatisfied employees who will never answer calls and when they do they will talk to you like they are doing you a favour. They don't deserve a single star.

This is the most unprofessional business you can ever deal with here. The Houston location customer service is -0 ,talk about calling in to address an issue and you are being laughed at to ridicule your concerns. A supposedly freight package wasn’t delivered until a month after and they want the receiver to pay money to receive their package when it’s obviously their fault that they delayed.
