My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Adelman after I was injured at work. I really can't say enough good things about my experience - if you're willing to do the work and you're lucky enough to have this guy in your corner on your path to recover then I don't believe you can do anything else to improve your odds for a return to full mobility. I feel truly fortunate for the experience.
