So thankful to Adeline Yoga Studio! Great for anyone that really wants to learn how to achieve the "correct" postures and alignment... And those looking to make a commitment to a continued yoga practice (or just try it out!). The teachers are knowledgable, humble, caring and up-lifting.
Accessible classes, expert teaching, advanced fundamentals... this is a place to go when you want to go inside and explore, as I did after many years of dance.

Yes, Iyengar props yoga is very good and perfection
Adeline is a fantastic yoga studio. The instruction is very high quality and the teaching is very true to the Iyengar lineage. They have plenty of good props to use and the instructors are always willing to describe or show how to use them.
A wide variety of Iyengar yoga classes available to all skill levels. The alignment-based yoga classes provide a great foundation for everyone's practice , and are taught by seasoned instructors.
The skill set of the instructors at Adeline Yoga is superior. Their knowledge of Iyengar Yoga is top notch. I have never been to a studio with so much talent amongst the teachers. I look forward to a long future practice at your studio.
