My husband and I lived in this apartment complex from September 2020 until May 2021. During the time that we were living in the complex numerous issues were reported to the office for maintenance needs that were never addressed. I also spoke to Pansy when a dark stain came up in the carpet from underneath and let her know that it was there. I lived at Adeline for almost 2 years. Besides the gate never working and me paying for a gated community; them not being flexible or accommodating residents during the wake pandemic, I had no other complaints. Until I moved out. I moved out at the end of July. On August 2nd, I was sent a move out summary via email with incorrect charges.
