I purchased a property from Adele Harris that needed repair to the HVAC unit. Even though it says in the purchase contract that the seller will repair the unit, Adele has personally and specifically obstructed our ability to repair the unit in a timely manner in order to protect her relationship with the seller and keep seller's costs to a minimum. It's now two months after closing, having gone half the winter without a heater, and I am still chasing Adele and the seller for thousands of dollars in out of pocket repair costs... read more
