Wonderful customer service! I needed a quick appraisal for my grandmother's wedding ring. I called several jewelry stores and nobody had an appraiser on site that day. I called Adele and they said, "bring it in"! Rand Gold greeted me at the store and was more than helpful. They had the appraisal done in about an hour!!!! I also got to see some of the gorgeous jewelry they have! I will definitely be back! :)

While visiting the store, the friendly and knowledgeable James suggested that I have the rhodium plating on my white gold engagement ring re-done. It was surprisingly affordable, and I have an absolutely beautiful ring that looks brand new!
