They absolutely exceeded my expectations. My ring was completed within two weeks after providing them with the design idea. I worked primarily with Kacy, and he did an excellent job. My fiancée Amanda had this gorgeous custom salt and pepper pear diamond engagement ring designed for me from Adele diamonds. It’s gorgeous, unique, and absolutely me. The quality of the ring is unreal; you can tell that Adele takes great pride in their craft. It definitely looks like a vintage heirloom piece. Kacy in Greenbrier was knowledgeable, friendly and didn't pressure me. He only showed me items tailored to what I described and when I told him I didn't like something he didn't ask any questions--just showed me something better and I got exactly what I was looking for.
