My daughter is 22 months and I wanted to get her acclimated to going to the dentist. The Massapequa office is decorated with a childlike underwater theme which my daughter loved. She was fascinated with the fish and sharks all throughout the office. The hygienist was extremely sweet and allowed my daughter see and feel each tool before using them in her mouth. I brought my daughter to the office to be evaluated for a lip/tongue tie. The receptionist Theresa was amazing! She was so kind and thoughtful and really listened to me. I wasn’t just a random patient, she really seemed to care about helping me personally. Then when I finally got to the office today, Dr Bennet was outstanding. He really went above and beyond to be empathetic, and listen to my concerns. He gave an honest recommendation, and cared about the “bigger picture” for my daughter.
