The new front staff Marezeri from this medical clinic. She was mean and rude. My blood pressure went higher level because of her attitude and tone of voice. She slapped the front window at me. She should stay home and get fired if she does not like any patients nor her job!!
Ive always been very satisfied with the doctors here, but this place makes too many scheduling mistakes and the wait times are beyond ridiculous, plus you can't call the place directly, which can cause problems. I'm finally getting fed up and going to be switching doctors.
I had an appointment and got there early for paperwork.which a lot of it was redundant and unnecessary. They took my ID and medical card, but never gave it back. I wait for an hour then get to a room. The doctor didn't believe a word I was saying. I wasn't even there to get a prescription, just to diagnose something.
