My son dr is Dr. Sniadanko and she’s a great Doctor as well as her MA. However, the office staff is or the schedulers are a whole other story they screw up a lot and never take ANY accountability. They have a policy if you no show 3 times meaning even if you reschedule not 24 hours in advance or cancel late you have to come in to the office and schedule appointments which I understand why these are in place. I had used these folks for close to 6 years when they were at 43rd Ave. Since the move to metro scheduling is 5-6 weeks out. Rarely saw the same physician. Dr ordered a 4 week follow up but scheduling was booking 6-7 weeks out. Last Dr i asked about Ozempic. He said no & sent some skinny kid to talk dieting. Went to another medical group & A1C was high. This doctor had the personality of the south end of a north-bound horse. There are way better options than this operation.
