I'd give no stars if I could. They always send referrals to places that don't cover your insurance or places that can't see you because you don't meet the requirements. It's ridiculous. Their referrals department absolutely sucks.
I am done being miss gendered, dead named, being told how my insurance works, and being billed out of pocket because this office can't understand that my insurance doesn't cover behavior health I don't want. This office and this company as wasted 9 months of my time giving me the run around because they can't understand I no longer have AHCCCS.
