The people here are so rude and lacked compassion. They could care less one how you feel and what you need help with. Don't go here
Dr Ricki diamond is amazing. My kids love her. Lab is trash. Left my 2 year old daughter’s arm bruised instantly from the tech moving the needle under her skin around too much finding the vein. And wanted me to let them do it to the other arm. Uh? Nope. Going somewhere else.
This place is so horrible idk why I even scheduled to come here but here it is I scheduled my appointment on the 5th for 11:10 am. When I got here the lady tells me my appointment isn’t until one. I then told her I have a voicemail from you guys stating the time of my appointment which states 11:10 am not 1pm then they tried to see if I wanted to speak with a supervisor but what good would that do if I can’t be seen. Let first say that the nursing staff and actual providers, are very nice and knowledgeable. Hence giving 1 star. The front staff destroys any enjoyable experience. If you try to call in, even to make an appointment or to try to get set up with the patient portal, you are going to be on hold for a minimum of 30-50 minutes.
