Extremely poor customer service. I received a bill in the mail for a required follow up because they coded my wellness visit incorrectly. Now I am required to pay because of their careless staff. I will no longer use Adelante healthcare and I encourage all others to go elsewhere.
If I could give these lying, woke, progressive, irrational people negative stars I would. This place is literally the worst place to get treatment for anything. They will see you, they will act like they care, they will tell you they are on board with your issues, but then they will literally do the opposite of what they tell you and they will not communicate to you.
