I have been to this location twice and both times it was easy to get a hold of someone on the phone and the front office staff and providers were kind and welcoming. I took my toddler here most recently when he was sick on Halloween. Knowing that he would be home sick and missing out on trick-or-treating, FNP-C Paula Piccoli was so sweet to give him a baggy and have all the nurses and staff line the hallway and handout candy to him on our way out the door so he wouldn't miss out on the fun.
