Great massage, my husband and I went together and we both had amazing RMTs! However the overall experience was only OK. We arrived 30minutes earlier than our appointment. The elevator opens in front of the receptionist. She was busy flirting with a member so we waited for them to finish, she stopped mid-flirt to spare us 5 secods and then went back to flirting. Beautiful view of the city from the pool . Like most hotel spas the pool and hot tub are open to all residents and visitors. When I was there there were 6 little children playing, so it was very loud and not so relaxing. There is no steam room, but I did enjoy a bit of peace in the sauna. I find not many spas downtown have sauna anymore. I used a TravelZoo coupon and received an RMT massage. Very relaxing and enjoyable. I really liked the balm and herbal back treatment.
