My family and I have been with this Dr for about 7 years now. She is a kind woman as the front desk staff are as well but the service is terrible. Phones are only answered at extremely pacific times and days and she has no fill in Dr for when she is not in office. This becomes frustrating as the clinic is closed very often for even over a month at times, as the Dr has gone on vacation / leave.
DR. Coelho is the best doctor I have ever had. She is kind and she takes the time to listen to you. She is quick to get tests done. I feel so privileged to have her as my doctor.
The doctor works very little hours and is always on vacation. Staff only picks up the phone 3 days a week. It’s super hard to get them to pick up to get an appointment and when you do and go on time, they still make you wait.
Dr.Coelho is the best doctor I’ve had. She has been my doctor for years now and everytime she does such a wonderful job with what I need. Not only does she believe in her patients but finds helpful solutions at such a fast rate. She truly cares for her patients and is such an amazing person overall! Receptionist is also so helpful & kind! I cannot recommend her enough!
