We stayed at the hilton hotel and parked our car here. There are no in and out privileges and finding the entrance to the hotel from the garage was complicated. The pricing did not make much sense either, wasn't sure how much we'd have to pay for the weekend and I was anxious to find out. There are no attendants working there. Fortunately in the end we only paid $40 total for friday night to sunday morning.
Very expensive parking on a highly congested street in downtown Toronto. Paid 30$ for 2 hours of parking.

Great if you are looking to pre during winter. Underground and close to train station. Parking $$
