Very disorganized and took multiple days to get a simple prescription refill, it took my dad (who’s a pharmacist out of town) having to call them and speak with them over the phone for them to prioritize me as a customer. They also denied me continuity of care, which is up to the pharmacies discretion but it was for a medication I have been taking for years and have never had any prior issues getting refills for.
