Came to see a unit at 430 Adelaide st and meet with a woman Sue.M She was so pleasant to deal with when I first got in touch with the property Sue got right back to me right away which now a days is rare. I've been stressed out going through this apartment hunting and she made the experience so great Thanks for your help !!
The Adelaide lofts are a great place to live the units inside are amazing the management is great very professional and prompt with any issues the arise.
Units are unique and priced well but I've lived here for a year and a half and my windows have been leaking since day 1 and no temporary fixes or even an apology has been given. If you're okay with the entire building having a moist coat of mold and a maintenance coordinator who couldn't coordinate a frozen dinner for one, then this is the place for you!
