NOISY and SMELLY The management is slow to reply to complaints. They do nothing about enforcing the rules regarding noxious cooking and continual loud noises. It's a constant battle to find parking. Management allows visitors to park ahead of renters. Look for another place.
Worst apartment ever- stay away This apartment complex is HORRIBLE, save your money! Find something BETTER and CHEAPER or AROUND THE SAME PRICE. The apartments are OLD. They just keep painting over and over and over the paint that's there and its cheap that it falls/chips off the wall. The bathrooms are not updated, the hold mold in, the toilets are mold, the tile is ruined.... I moved in Aug 2015 and never got a copy of the lease until Jan 2016. c@!%!y apartment, horrible parking, rude manager I was living there only because it is close to the train station. The apartment is very small compared with other apartment complex in highland park. It has no AC. You have to buy window unit in summer. Heating is fine when they are working. Mine stopped working almost every week. I have to call the manager to fix it every time, which I hate to do because the manager is very rude. The maintenance guy always left a mess in my apartment after the job is done. Parking is awful.
