I was quite anxious going to the appointment, but very reassured by Dr Ingham’s explanation of the problem and the ease of fixing it. The treatment was quick and painless (like cutting hair😊), very minimal discomfort for the next 24hrs (slightly gritty feeling). My sight has improved. Happy customer
Dr. Simone was extremely thorough and took the time to clearly explain everything, which gave me great confidence in both my eye health and the next steps. It was such a refreshing and positive experience compared to other places where I had felt rushed and like just another number, which only caused unnecessary worry. I’ve now chosen this as my primary clinic for ongoing eye care.
Very professional with no feeling of being rushed or just a number. All staff have been very clear and helpful with any questions or concerns. Surgery itself was painless and less of an issue than I had imagined. Surgical staff were fantastic. Recovery is going well with much improved vison.
