The doctor was kind of selling la roche products. Thankfully i only bought one product as per recommendation, whch is 76 dollr that serum made my skin really dry and dull. She advised me about 4 products of la roche. Didn't put much efforts to know about my skin. Sorry worst service and worst recommwndations . Wasted my money
Medical staff excellent but very poor administration processes and communication.
Recieved a voicemail from Sue a week ago to book in a consult. I have attempted to call back over 10 times and left multiple messages at different times over the last week. I have still not been contacted. No email or any other way of cantacting listed, so I'm posting here . . . experience so far . . . exceptionally poor communication
Dr Annette saw my son quite a few years ago. He was seen by 2 GPs and 2 dermatologists prior to this. He was ordered Antifungal cream, steroid cream, but none of that worked. Finally I went to Dr Annette. It only took her a few minutes to give an accurate diagnosis and ordered the right medication. She explained patiently how to use it. At the time I was in my maternity leave so she even gave me a discount. I recommended her to all my friends who are looking for a dermatologist.
