RecommendedFriendly staff and amazing results! This is a must go to medical spa in northeast Ohio. They have a variety of services and I highly recommend.
Had the BodyFX treatments... I bought the 12 treatments package on 4-11-2019 because I felt confident that I would see results, Unfortunately I seen no results at all I spend $3200. I felt like I was scammed I have sent a certified letter to Dr.Soto (Which was recommended by my attorney ) that I respectively request a full refund, the letter was never signed for . I will be taking further action . Please do not waste your money .
Facilities are beautiful and very welcoming. Staff is very friendly! Drs. Soto knowledge and recommendations where outstanding. I had Botox and they did an amazing job. Made the right questions and accurate recommendations. They are perfectionist, which I really appreciated. Can’t wait to go back for other services.

Beautiful facility. Very nice/skilled staff. Extremely easy to schedule appointments via Facebook app or leaving a voicemail. I have had microdermabrasion and and chemical peels. My only suggestion is that they put their specials on their website and offer via text message.
I can’t say enough about Adela Medical Spa! I have had the Body Fx, Forma, facials and dermaplaning and am very pleased with my results! Very professional and caring staff!
Went in for a hyperhidrosis treatment and have no complaints. Excessive sweating is never fun to experience and the spa is judge-free zone. The treatment was a big help and I highly recommend the knowledgeable staff. With a bevy of available options, Adela has something for everyone!
I had a great experience with my consultation for BodyFx and laser hair removal. Dr. Elizabeth Soto and Gabriella were very warm and inviting. We talked about what my goals were and Dr. Soto created a custom package of services to achieve them. Dr. Soto took the time to sit with me and explain the processes at length, answered all my questions, walked me through the next steps and was very honest about the results I can expect to see from the treatments. Highly recommend Adela Medical Spa!
Extremely professional. Not sure that very many other medical spas are backed by medical doctors. Large variety of services from laser hair removal, facials to Botox etc. Wants the client to be satisfied and happy with the service and makes recommendations to make this possible.
