I have no issues with the doctor or the office staff; however, the billing department is quite problematic. I received invoices for both my and my wife's annual checkups. During our visits for annual checkup, we clearly asked the office staff about any co-pay, and they informed us that there would be no co-pay for the annual checkups. Despite this, the billing department tried to justify our annual visits as regular office visits.
