My mom needed an APC for trach care from Select Specialty. It was done but without any follow up communication even though I asked repeatedly to see Dr El Abbassi or even his PA. They said to schedule a follow up 1-2 weeks later and yet the earliest appointment I can get for her is 23 days later!?! I can’t determine if it is because she has received care through a hospital setting and takes a lower priority as such, or if it is a general disregard for patient care.
