This was my first visit with Dr. O, and he was literally the best mental health professional I’ve ever met. He was kind, personable, patient, and most of all he was a wonderful listener. By the end of the appointment I felt a huge sense of relief knowing that he was genuinely listening to me, and we had a clear plan for going forward. For the first time in years I’m feeling hopeful regarding my mental health journey.
