Adeel Farooqi is an exceptional provider. He is a very warm and kind person who takes the time to listen to your concerns and talks through the process. He is very willing to understand why certain things are happening to his patients. The first doctor I've ever had that hasn't brush off my concerns about my physical health or pain as if they weren't important. Mr. Farooqi has always responded to my messages within a reasonable amount of time. His staff is also very helpful when I call in for assistance.
Doesn’t respond to my chart messages yet still encourages you to use it. During Milton I had to evacuate and miss an appointment, I reached out explaining and asking for a refill via my chart because their office was closed! I offered to do a telehealth even. No response ever. I waited and waited, even called the office with no response. That is until my pharmacy reached out for a refill today (which I didn’t ask them to do, I have long since given up on this provider), months later, then he had his staff call me and demand ... read more
Mr. Adeel Farooqi was the best medical professional I have EVER encountered! I have a lot of medical anxiety and he eased every nerve I had. He took his time, made me feel cared for, and never made me feel rushed. He listened to everything I had to say and gave super helpful information. I will only be seeing him going forward. I am so lucky to have found him. I know this is a long review, but he just provided such great patient centered care. I will be returning to his office!
