Dr. Akhtar is a great doctor. The staff is great at helping me out with my needs I have been a patient for over years now. She takes her time to listen to you.
I was appalled by the level of disorganization and lack of diligence with this place. It appears to be an insurance racket. The Dr was dazed and confused the office personnel was lackadaisical and the "office manager" husband/brother barely speaks clear English to relay any important message to anyone. This is by far the worst doctor's office visit I have ever experienced.

This person wrote the same complaint in Google. Google removed it. Issue is he refused to pay for his doctor visit and deductible. He called the office and bullied the billing person to remove doctor visit charge from his bill. Then he called the manager and was upset because office manger refused to pay this person's doctor visit charge. If you go to barber shop, you can not leave without paying for your hair cut. Why does this person think Doctor office should be free, beats me.
Dr. Akhtar is my mother's PCP. The first time I took my mom to see Dr. Akhtar was after an ER visit when my mom was having a severe episode of Dementia. She was kind an understanding, and very ready to help. She listened and included me to let me know she was listening. The office staff is great, very nice and accommodating. The office environment is great! Very clean and up-kept very well. With a very serene feeling. I am so thankful for Dr. Akhtar and am excited to have her as my mother's PCP
