I have never been so disrespected as a parent. They would leave me extremely rude messages and never helped with refills. It was a nightmare getting my child’s asthma medicine. I would never recommend them!
Doctor is kind, pleasant, doesn't rush you out the office and is willing to answer all questions to ease concerns. Very knowledgable and caring, not many doctors are like Doctor Odunlami. If you desire great patient care and a doctor who genuinely care for his patients then this is the doctor you. Wait times are shorter than most other offices and the staff is pleasant.
This doctor is very knowledgeable in his practice. His nurse staff is very confrontational and unpleasant. Many times I've had to contact them about a script and they treat me as if I'm a child myself. ALWAYS blaming the insurance company. EVERY time the resolve has been on the doctors behalf, not the insurance company. The refuse to ask for authorization on prescriptions. Saying my insurance company never approves them. Find a Dr. that works for the people!!!!
