Looks like I’m not the only one. Called for a couple of parts for a Greenheck ERV and the lady was extremely rude and condescending. Asking me 1000 questions while I’m trying to work and just needed a quote on a few simple parts. I told her my company and the number on our website and she made it seem like I was lying to her about it lol sorry I don’t need parts from you that bad that I would need to lie about the company I work for’s phone number. Found other reps that are much more professional and easy to do business with
bad people that work there, no knowledge owners and managers have bad imagine on people who work there. they very rude, and have condescending tones.
Owner was incredibly rude.
