Avoid this Dr like the plague. My mom has been waiting for answers with no help. Has ended up at the ER multiple times in the last 2 weeks because she can't get answers or help from this Dr. There's no excuse for it. Doctors or someone on the staff need to return emails in a timely manner. My Dr replies to me the same day I'm thankful for that. I would say within 24 hours is understandable though.
