I saw Julia Frishtick for an adult ADHD evaluation, and I was very happy I chose ADDvantage. When I first called, the doctor answered the phone immediately and since I have insurance I opted to be assessed by Julia. She called me within 24 hours and got me scheduled for a couple weeks out (due to the holidays). Julia Frishtick was fantastic for my adult ADHD screening and diagnosis. The practice came highly recommended from others online and my doctor recommended them. The process was informative, efficient and painless. It took a few days to hear back to schedule my intake whereas some other offices have taken months and not returned my calls.
Dr. Lori Hedrick is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is personable, friendly and encouraging. We saw her for an autism evaluation for my son. After being on several waitlists at public hospitals for over a year, Dr. Hedrick completed his evaluation just a few weeks after I initially reached out. Though she does not take insurance, she does accept FSA payments and will provide a super bill to submit to insurance. I can't overstate how glad I am to have found her!
I've called this office in order to clarify some information multiple times, but as other reviewers have stated, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE and NO ONE CALLS BACK when messages are left. Does this business not make enough money to hire a secretary? For pete's sake.
