I’ve had other property managers and Tiffany is, by far, the best and it’s not close. I not only rent from her, but also do work for her. She makes it THE priority to make sure her tenants are safe and well taken care of. I recently had a multitude of issues (electrical, plumbing, gas, etc) that made my unit unlivable. None of those issues were the cause of negligence on her part, it was mostly terrible weather here in Michigan. My experience with AddValue has been exceptional. The apartment is in beautiful condition and the management staff is professional, kind, and incredibly responsive. I highly recommend this rental company!
Tiffany has been my property manager for over 2.5 years and has been nothing but exceptional. Not only has her communication and service been incredible but she is very knowledgeable about the market and industry and is always of thinking of ways to improve the property or her service. I have had property managers in other markets (Lansing, Southern MI, etc.) and Tiffany has blown them all out of the water. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
We rented with Add Value for two years. My experience was 10x better than any other property management company I have ever worked with. They were flexible, responsive, kind, and understanding. We were so lucky to find this company for our time in Mt. Pleasant! You will not find better. Thank you, Tiffany and crew!
Communication and maintenance is a real struggle. While living in an apartment downtown my bedroom window never got fixed despite having people through numerous times to fix it. That as well as poor communication through the sale of the property I was living in is the reasoning for this review. I will say Aidan was a really nice person to interact with, the rest of my experience was pretty poor.
