Communication and maintenance is a real struggle. While living in an apartment downtown my bedroom window never got fixed despite having people through numerous times to fix it. That as well as poor communication through the sale of the property I was living in is the reasoning for this review. I will say Aidan was a really nice person to interact with, the rest of my experience was pretty poor.
AddValue is an excellent company and Tiffany is the best landlord!! The apartment building and property was alway well maintained and a peaceful place to live, it also had a wonderful yard to run my dog and the cutest little fire pit for anyone to use. Tiffany was alway on top of things if they needed fixed - even on the weekends. You really couldn’t ask for a better team to rent from. We were sad to leave, but grateful to have her as our landlord the past two years. I would highly recommend renting from AddValue!

This company was great, and Aidan was an incredibly helpful landlord! When the place we were renting got dumped by the previous property manager, AddValue stepped in and helped us get settled and squared away. Aidan was responsive to our maintenance requests and kept us well-informed on any updates with the rental. He even helped schedule tours for some of their other properties as our lease came to an end. If there's a property you like, I highly recommend renting through this group!
Tiffany is amazing! She is always there if you need her.
