Where do I begin . .There are two handicap ppl in wheel chair s The home care lady comes in looks around And says I DONT SEE WHY YOU PPL CANT TAKE OUT YOUR OWN TRASH .. I'm like (their in wheel chairs) THEN starts dishes . Slamming and breaking cabinet doors . My father had to come in and ask what is going on Later this lady constantly smoking inside the house . Everytime time I look around she is sitting and smoking . She must smoke 3/4 of her time which is only 2 hours that she is here . Until another home care comes in . ... read more
Lacks communication. You must take on the responsibilities of communicating yourself as an Aid. If you want to discuss better communications, prepare for the fact that the Addus Staff in Belpre are very quick to defend themselves and make excuses. They also do not do proper home checks and often mix clients up, as well as messing up your Celltrak schedule. The staff has also lied about past conversations.
