I am an RN who's primary license is in WV because that is my state of residence. It is a multi state license which allows me to practice in other states that are part of the Nurse Licensure Compact. I applied for a position at Addus Home Care out of the Belpre Office. They decided to "not move forward" with my hiring process because I don't have an Ohio License! Where do I begin . .There are two handicap ppl in wheel chair s The home care lady comes in looks around And says I DONT SEE WHY YOU PPL CANT TAKE OUT YOUR OWN TRASH .. I'm like (their in wheel chairs) THEN starts dishes . Slamming and breaking cabinet doors . My father had to come in and ask what is going on Later this lady constantly smoking inside the house . Everytime time I look around she is sitting and smoking . She must smoke 3/4 of her time which is only 2 hours that she is here . Until another home care comes in . ... read more
