Not a good start. Was hired told me had two different clients for me, they said they would call me back later that day and never got a call back. Called the next day was told by Kathy I would get a call back, never got a call back that day either. How they going to give people services if they can't give the aide they clients.
The office team of this organization, especially the branch in Perry, Ohio, is full of incompetents. Despite giving them a phone number change at least 3 times, they could not contact me! When aids called off, there was no notification until AFTER the aids should have been here and gone! They are offended if the client gets upset or angry about their incompetence or lack of coverage. Also, they were incorrectly reporting hours to the local Passportco-ordinator. So, I strongly suspect billing fraud to the insurance companies ... read more
They did very well with me 2 times on my apartment cleaning and going back to them. To me they are 5 star review the best.
Wouldnt recommend anyone to use this company or work here. Horrible office staff and clients that will accuse you of just about everything.
