I would never recommend this company, they get a big 0 from me. The doctor is retiring soon so that's her priority while she neglects her patients. My husband is out of his meds and gonna be sick all weekend because she refused to refill his script. The RN lied to me and said it was the pharmacy, when I know that Dr. K refused to do the refills like she did every week. I had a health problem a few months ago, the caregiver called the office and the staff said they will contact the nurse, and check on me later in the day, it has been over two months and they still have not bothered to contact me. It seems the office staff have zero management skills and should be replaced before the entire operations is shut down by the state.

The team at Ambercare were great from the time we walked in to request hospice care until the passing of our family member. Victoria and Angela were very respectful and professional throughout the entire process, answering any questions we had, providing care, just being there. They made themselves available 24 hours a day. Losing a loved one is never easy but having Ambercare there to help was a true comfort.
