Not very pleasant .
If I could give less than one star I would. I was supposed to have a phone interview with this company, but well after an hour had passed I had to call them to see what happened. The lady said she had been in a meeting and was catching up on her calls and would call me later. Well that call never happened. I understand you being in a meeting but unless it was an unexpected meeting you shouldn't have scheduled an interview at that time. I’m the over the person that need the care . But the person that was send out had no communication with the actual client. The employee that was send out just sit on my sofa and eat and watch tv. And don’t forget the phone! Leave early. No communication with the person that need the care. I was still having to do everything. Bath , feeding and diaper change. Why do I need the employee for ?
