The lady that takes care of my mom her name is Jonetta (last name protected for privacy rights) However she does a very very great job taking care of my mom and trust me my mom is not easy to please at this time she Highly Recommend!!
Poor service.Never show up for scheduled visits. Lie and say things untrue. Lazy, mouthy, service. Unskilled employees, share information against your HIPPA rights
When I became disabled in 2012, they were very organized and sent people that were trained and knew what they were doing. When I reapplied in 2014, they wanted to bill ahead of time and they explained on the phone they had absolutely no one to help me and everyone would be having to be trained that day and then they would quit and the next person would come. I switch to Addus after being promised I would get a homemaker after major surgery. That was in September. I was supposed to start receiving care on September 27th but as of December 7, 2021 I still don't have a caregiver. I am disabled and still recovering from surgery and have continued to tell them this. If I could give them less than one star, I would.
I have a close friend who has a caregiver from Addus. Even though she has tested positive for Covid19 they still allow her to work. That is very irresponsible and risky to her clients. She is putting the clients and everyone she comes into contact while she is out at risk of getting Covid19. I'm sure glad my caregiver is from DORS. They would never allow that.
