I had the opportunity to meet with Chrissy and her team as I was passing through Medford last week. I was blown away with their commitment to serve their clientele as well as the population of caregivers that they support in the field. If I were looking for someone to provide care and assistance to a family member in their area, I would absolutely give Chrissy's team the first call! I only give 5 stars because that is the limit! :D
I broke my leg and had to get surgery. The VA hired Addus for me. My suggestion to anybody signing up with these guys is to get a list of the many, many things that they cannot do for you and the very few that they will. The have a 15 pound weight limit and was told if I need help in the shower I have to be able to bear weight. They treat my more like I work for them when in reality they work for me.
