As a previous employee, they treat you horribly, Agency director is extremely mannerless. I filed an ethics complaint, which I was told would be sent to the agency's director/management to follow up, which obviously does no good if the complaint is regarding that individual. I do have emails, that I screenshot and debated long and hard on posting them with this review, to show the treatment I had endured. Sadly that still wouldn't do anything for the way I had been treated and mistreated.

My orientation went very well everything was explained thoroughly to my understanding which I did receive I was able to talk about things of my life and family to my trainer felt very comfortable Pleasant environment
A place of business with reliable service.
This is the worst agency to contact anyone for support. No one ever answers the phone, the customer service for this company is horrible.
