This company is rather unprofessional. I was set to have an interview with them twice last year. They sent me a text the day of the phone interview to remind me of the time. It seems they needed the reminder since they never called me! I messaged them and they didn't reply. I called them and the lady told me that they had the interview date mixed up. Regardless, I never heard from them and this was their second mess up. Reading the reviews I'm not surprised at how things are conducted there.
I absolutely love this service. Addus is a very kind and supportive organization that assists the elderly and disabled in daily living activities, which keeps them in their home!
This company has you set up a phone interview date, then they send you a text reminder of the time of the call and a link if you wish to cancel then they dont even call you! They did the same thing to an associate of mine that also applied. This company appears to be a waste of time, and also unprofessional! I now see why they have a low rating ehich I should have checked before applying.
I had this Company come in my home for a couple hrs. A day to take care of my mother,they sent they sent the most unprofessional, lieing,horrible person to my home.everything was fine,I thought,at the beginning until we caught her in multiple lies,stealing from my mother's room,and when her family became homeless, they wanted to move in with us.it was horrible, I would NEVER recommend this company.
