This company will make fraudulent claims about care giver to get you to sign up for their service... once you do... they under deliver... telling me i won't be able to get to all of my appointments... They have zero issue lying about things... they will fight with you and gaslight you... I have several recordings of their extremely abusive behavior... reach out to me if you want to hear them...
They sent caregivers to my door without finding out what I wanted in a caregiver. That is unprofessional behavior and could be unfair to their employees.
Let me start by saying I love what I do as a caregiver the joy of being able to help clients and to see them through their life experiences clients need help I have worked with alot of amazing clients but there is something that needs to be addressed and it is the Communication is off and needs help but it has been going on for years so I don’t think it will happen but hey I love working for my clients they appreciate what I do for them in their lives I really do appreciate dianna for all she does for clients Reagan and rale... read more
