This is the worst care agency we ever had. Shauntray,the care organizer, is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. She doesn't care if dying disabled people get rides to their care facilities for life sustaining treatments or not. She lied to and about us more than once. Out of 40 hrs of care allowed weekly we were lucky to get a few of those hrs. They often didn't show up for rides to medical appts for my very ill sister. She yelled at her and at me for calling
