Stay away from this company. The case manager did evaluation and made all these promises. The office staff does not communicate. I had an incident where they did not send anybody for two days, never called to inform me. Then they sent somebody over one day out of nowhere. Again, no communication. I asked for certain days, and they had different days listed down. They just don’t know what’s going on in that agency. Very, very unreliable.
Si se pudiera no le daría ni una estrella. Esta agencia es lo PEOR en donde pude trabajar, todas las quincenas fueron un problema nunca estaban mis pagos los días de cobro. Siempre tenía q llamar para ver pq no cobraba, y les di mi depósito directo y nunca depositaban lo enviaban hasta por correo y llegaba ese cheque la otra semana oseas pasabas el weekend sin dinero teniendo dinero pq lo trabajastes. Sinceramente horrible por eso no tienen home health aids pq su sistema no SIRVE. Busquen cualquier otra agencia pero no vayan... read more
Don't know what's up with the negative people but this place has been great for my family and I even referred someone to them. We love our caregiver, she likes coming to work and I've never heard her complain. We'd recommend again.
The staff is fantastic and incredibly helpful!
