These people do not train their workers. This place has been a nightmare to work with. I'm tired and you're fired all of you.
My Father was treated with dignity and respect. Ambercare staff took genuine time with my father. Caring for him and laughed with him. We were well prepared with support and outreach from Ambercare. When staff would leave the house he would tell me how nice, cool, and professional they were. My dad likes to have conversations especially with people he just met for they took time to listen (and I know they had other places to go to take care of others) but they always got the gist of the conversation and I know he appreciated... read more
I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of response time by those in charge. I've been happy with my personal caregiver (Amy is great), but I never get a replacement when she calls in sick. And when I call the company I just get the run-around and excuses.
They keep large amounts of money from your checks with no response from management and cannot offer any explanation of where your money has gone. They are being investigated by the labor board. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! Unless you want your hard earned money to stay in there pocket.
I was hired and their client stabbed me now they want to.hold the wages for.the ome day I did work from me! I go.into their office and the receptionist is the rudest nastiest person that shouldn't even be working with public tells me she don't know how long i.haveto wait.to.speak to.lupe?! She doesn't even attempt.to.contact her
