I am disgusted with management dropping the ball with this company and not holding their employees accountable when a nurse should show up at a more scheduled time not just whenever they feel like it and then for them to say that I refused services after it happened more than once that nurses refused to hold themselves accountable and show up which 10:00 is a reasonable time for an employee that has a degree when my caregivers are at my house at 6 they had one good employee but the rest don't seem to have it together don't r... read more
Thank you staff of Ambercare for your compassion, responsiveness and for your caring ways. You are all phenomenal from the office staff, social workers, chaplain and most of all your loving nurse (nurses). All of you are angels sent from heaven for Joe and I. You are all AMAZING! LIZ AND JOE LOBATO
They don't show up. They don't call to say they are late or can't make it, and they don't answer their phone. NOT a way to run a healthcare business. After showing up late for the initial appointment they were very professional and when they were delayed, usually because of an emergency with another patient, they called me to reschedule.
